Taekwondo Innovation app Beta
Your whole club. One app. Free for coaches.
Build your squad once, enter tournaments in seconds, scout the draw before you travel, and get a full report on every fighter after the last bout. Parents follow along on their own phones.
- Free forever
- No card needed
- iPhone, iPad & Android
- 12 languages
Competition day, sorted
From spreadsheet chaos to three taps
- 01
Build your squad once
Name, grade, date of birth and weight for every athlete, saved all year and ready for every event.
- 02
Enter events in seconds
Pick the tournament, tick your athletes, choose sparring or poomsae and submit. The app flags any weights that are out of date first.
- 03
Watch it all live
Approvals, rings, brackets and results land on your phone as they happen, wherever you're standing.
Draw preview
Know who's in the draw before you arrive
See every athlete already entered in each of your fighters' categories, with their medal history and a form rating: Hot Rising Proven. It updates live as other clubs enter, so you can prepare your fighters for who they'll actually face.

Event review
A coaching report on every fighter, the moment it's over
Per event and across the season. No more trying to remember what happened in ring 3.
Example report
- See who lost their first bout and which bouts were lost by 2 points or fewer
- Scoring mix of head kicks, body kicks and punches, plus penalties against the event average
- Write private notes on each athlete. Only you can see them
- Replay any match: a timeline of every kick, punch and penalty with the running score
- Print or save a PDF report, or copy a ready-made social post with your medal haul
Parents portal
No more "when's she on?"
Parents scan the event QR code and follow their own fighter on their phone. No app, no account. They see when their child is checked in, which ring they're up next in and roughly how long to wait, which corner and colour of hogu to wear, who they're fighting, and every result. Their phone buzzes when it's time to head to ringside.
You spend competition day coaching, not answering the same question forty times.

Accreditation cards
A pass for every athlete, on their phone
Send each athlete and staff member a link to their own card with a QR code. It's scanned at weigh-in, the ring door and zone doors, and works without signal once saved. The QR holds no names or dates of birth.
Live results
Follow every event you've entered as it runs: how far through it is, and each athlete's ring and status, from the corner, the stand or at home.

Your club's data stays yours
Only your club's coaches see your squad. Data is stored in the EU, card payments are handled by Stripe, and there's no advertising or tracking. Parents need only the event code, and the accreditation QR codes carry no personal details.
Works with WayChamp scoring
Organisers running WayChamp electronic scoring can connect it, so matches load and scores flow into the brackets automatically. Hand scoring works too.
Questions
Coach FAQ
Is the app really free for coaches?
Yes. Coaches and clubs use the full coach portal free, with no card needed: unlimited squad, event entries, live results, medal history and multi-coach logins.
Do I download it from an app store?
No download needed. Open it in your browser and add it to your home screen. It installs on iPhone, iPad and Android like a normal app.
How do I pay entry fees?
If the organiser takes online payments, you pay in the app through Stripe, and the money goes straight to the organiser. Otherwise you pay on the day.
What can parents see?
With the event code, parents follow their own fighter on their phone: checked in, which ring they're up next in and roughly when, which corner, their opponent and their results. No account or download needed.
Who can see my club's data?
Only your club's coaches. Data is stored in the EU, entry payments are handled by Stripe, and there is no advertising or tracking. Your notes on athletes are private to you.
Does it cover poomsae?
Yes. Choose sparring or poomsae per athlete, including team poomsae.
Do I need electronic scoring to use it?
No. Events can be scored by hand. Organisers with WayChamp electronic scoring can connect it so scores and brackets update automatically.
