Returning an item

• You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with any tags still attached.
• You pay the postage to send the item back. We recommend a tracked service, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
• For hygiene reasons, a groin guard can only be returned if it is still sealed in its packaging.

How to return

1. WhatsApp or call us on +353 85 140 6853, or email [email protected], with your name and what you are returning.
2. We'll reply with the return address. If you collected in Co. Tipperary, you can arrange to drop it back instead.
3. Post the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Refunds

Once the item arrives and we've checked it, we refund you within 5 working days to the card you paid with. If you return your whole order, we also refund the original €6 delivery charge. We may reduce a refund if an item comes back used or damaged.

Wrong or faulty items

If we sent the wrong item or something is faulty, contact us straight away. We'll pay for the return and send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery. This doesn't affect your rights under Irish consumer law.

This policy covers items bought in our online shop. WayChamp scoring systems are supplied under the terms of your quote.
